Slip on collar made of 3 internal layers: Nylon, Foam and Neoprene.  This helps to give your fur baby a comfortable experience while helping with those with sensitive skin.
 
This collar is for puppies, small breeds and growing dogs.  Bully Billows has given stitching lines that allows for a safe and comfortable experience.    
 
Made with two Stainless Steel D Loops, the larger of the loops is slipped over the dogs' neck and the lead is clipped to the smaller of the loops.  It also has two reflective strips allowing visible and safer night walks.
Please remember to consider your dogs' head size because it is a slip on collar.  If your fur baby has a larger head, going one size up may be suitable.
